WHAT WE'RE
About
Why We Serve
Mission
Join us in Grayton Beach and discover your best version of yourself, unplugged, carefree, and immersed in delicious beach flavors. Our "Friends Serving Friends'' culture elevates our spot, turning it from a beachside restaurant and bar into a hangout overflowing with genuine fun, authentic connections, and Grayt beach stories.
Authentically Grayton
Our Story
In 2016, CHIRINGO was born from Andy McKoski's adventure along Spain's vibrant coastline. Inspired by the unpretentious charm of Spanish beach bars—he aimed to bring a slice of this coastal “inclusive” vibe home. This inspiration, an old building in Grayton Beach, and the help of Travis Matney led to the creation of a place where the essence of beach life and the authenticity of good friends comes together. CHIRINGO has become a place where every bite and sip serve as a hall pass to relaxation.

Our Culture
Friends Serving Friends
At CHIRINGO, our "Friends Serving Friends" culture comes to life and is underscored by a 94% job satisfaction rate from a recent staff survey. A job at CHIRINGO is more than work—it's about connection, accountability, and the opportunity to grow. Our goal is to ensure that work relationships are made that improve people's lives, and we strive to ensure each person, from kitchen to counter, contributes to the culture.

Community
Giving back is as important to us as serving up great experiences! Each month, we engage in initiatives supporting those in need, from rounding up your bill to participating in special promotions and offering our space to impactful organizations. At the heart of our operations is a commitment to paying it forward. Join us in making a difference!

Nutrition
Balancing classic beach eats with health-conscious choices, we offer something for everyone. Our entire fried menu is gluten-free, and we proudly serve a range of allergy-friendly options, including GF, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan dishes.

Sustainability
We're committed to being responsible stewards of our planet, particularly the Gulf of Mexico, by always exploring options to source locally, thereby minimizing transportation emissions. Our efforts extend to using biodegradable packaging when available and actively seeking ways to use less water.
